UNIEN Pharma Saglik Urunleri Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Sirketi processes your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Collected Data

The following personal data may be processed by our Company:

  • Identity information (name, surname, national ID number)
  • Contact information (e-mail address, phone number, address)
  • Message and communication content
  • CV and resume data from career applications

  • Health data within the scope of occupational health and safety (if applicable)

In the event of transfer abroad, appropriate safeguards will be provided in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and the periods prescribed by relevant legal obligations. After the retention period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • To request information if your personal data is being processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • To request the correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately
  • To request the deletion or anonymization of your personal data
  • To object to the processing activity
  • To request compensation if you suffer damage
